Where

In Rude Skov 15 km north of Copenhagen at a beautiful forest.

The route
The route is 2,7 km and intersects the camp area. It is officially measured by the danish athletic federation (DAF).

Rules

The rules are pretty simple. Run as far as possible. Preferably more than your competitors. On a team only one member have to compete at a time. You are free to rest whenever you feel like it.

How to get there
Rudegård Stadion, Kongevejen 166, 2840 Holte. Type the adress at www.krak.dk and it will show you the way. It is possible to drive your car all the way to the camp area, but only to drop of your baggage. The car has to be parked at a parking lot near the camp area.

The race gives you a unique experience in some of the most beautiful nature of Denmark. The route is variated and liked by both ultra runners and ordinary runners and you get to enjoy the cosy atmosphere in the camp area.
